Samurai Cory Studio is the one-man creative studio founded in 2016 by Chester Roberts II (born 1990/02/18), a super creative American freelance digital illustrator and manga artist. His work is heavily influenced by shonen anime and manga, video games, and street culture from the mid-to-late 1990s and the Y2K era ever since.Cory never had any formal education in art but was entirely self-taught, from watching anime to playing video games when he was young and reading the how-to-draw manga books when he was a teenager. His upcoming big project is Shibuya Brawlers, a martial arts, adventure, and urban fantasy webcomic series inspired by Dragon Ball, Fairy Tail, Street Fighter, Jet Set Radio Future, Streets of Rage (Bare Knuckle in Japan), and Fighting Force (Metal Fist in Japan).His daily tools are Clip Studio Paint EX, Affinity, Pages (for the webcomic scripts), and XP-Pen Artist 24 Pro.

Shibuya Brawlers is an action-adventure webcomic series about the three brave teenage Kyokushin karateka Daisuke Ninomiya and his two best friends Hikari Kitayama and Keiji “Yohan” Matsumoto, who are on grand adventures between their native Tokyo and New York City to stop the Wild Mondo crime syndicate from destroying the world.
